This is the step that makes the difference. Once we see the cause, we do not leave it there. Then we release it, not by force but by completion, giving the unresolved moment what it needed then so it does not need to echo now.
After the Session: What You Keep
You receive a recording of the entire session. You can listen to it again and notice new details on the second or third listen. You also receive your Life Map, a written summary of the themes, the patterns, the connections we found. Not a prediction. Not a reading. A map of what came up so you can work with it on your own. This is yours to keep.
What If I See Nothing? Can I Get Stuck?
This is the most common concern, and it deserves an honest answer. Some people see vivid scenes immediately. Some people see nothing but feel things: a temperature change, a pressure in the chest, an emotion that does not belong to them. That is still a regression. The information comes through sensation, not image. It counts.
